These classes support mothers and families birthing in any setting: hospital, home, or birth center. Each class deeply explores birth, parenting, and beyond through dynamic dialogue and unique hands-on processing.

Birthing From Within offers a holistic framework for expectant parents who are hungry for nourishing and practical birthing preparation in a class series.

This birth class involves:

• Information about birthing meeting your baby, lactation, and preparing for the postpartum period.

• A focus on building confidence and connection with yourself, loved ones, your baby, and your team.

• Practical tools you can use for coping with labor.

• experiential activities that bride the brain and body to enhance learning.
