Hypnobabies is a complete 6-week childbirth education program that uses powerful, medical-grade hypnosis techniques to help you enjoy a more relaxed pregnancy and a calm, confident birthing experience.

Through daily practice, supportive audio tracks, and partner scripts, Hypnobabies retrains your mind to interpret birthing sensations as pressure or movement, not discomfort. This often results in shorter, easier, and more peaceful births.

This is a 6-class hybrid series of both in-person and virtual teaching.

Classes 1 and 6 are in-person at NCBC.

Classes 2 through 5 are held via ZOOM.
