Join Paige with HeartStrings CPR for a CPR class for New Parents. This course will focus on CPR and choking relief skills for infants, with modifications for adults and older children. Paige will also review preventative measures, such as safe medication storage and sleep safety.

Infants are welcome to attend and there is plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable.

Thanks to Andrea Fowler from Gift of Love Postpartum Care, childcare support will be available during class for infants 18 months and younger. Rita Nixon, Heart Strings CPR staff member and childcare provider, will also be available for assistance during this course.

Participants will receive CPR reminder magnet and CPR face shield to take home.
