Breastfeeding 101

One-Day 90 Minute Class

Two women sitting on a blue sofa, smiling and talking. One woman has dark hair and a jacket with a pink blanket over her shoulder, the other has long curly hair, earrings, and a patterned cardigan. There are books, a drink with a straw, and decorative items on the side table and window sill behind them in a cozy room with large windows showing an outdoor view.

Join our very own Director of Midwifery and IBCLC, Cat Palmer (CNM, IBCLC), in this 90 minute class to review the basics of breastfeeding.

This class includes the science of breastmilk, the benefits of breastfeeding, latch and positioning, expected infant behavior, and possible challenges that may arise over the course of the first 6 weeks nursing your little one.

This class is for 2 people.
