This class is an approachable way to explore the basics of birth and coping reviewed in a one-day class.

NCBC’s Childbirth Education great for folks with busy schedules who can only plan to spend one day working through what they need to prepare for unmedicated birth at NCBC, or another birthing facility of their choosing.

This class provides tools to help cope with the discomfort of early and active labor in their home before moving to their desired birth location. It welcomes discussion, shares information in visual and written formats, and has hands on practice for comfort measures.

All attendees are welcome to continue to reach out to the instructor should questions arise once class completes.

Class is 6 hours of information and breaks
