This class is great for families who would like usable tools to help cope with the discomfort of early and active labor in their home before moving to their desired birth location.

This class welcomes discussion, shares information in visual and written formats, and has hands on practice for comfort measures.

All attendees are welcome to continue to reach out to the instructor should questions arise once class completes.

Payment is not due at time of registration. An invoice will be sent to the email used for registration. Payment will also be accepted in person for in-person classes. Please come 10 minutes before the start of the class if using this option.
