6 Hour Immersion. Including handouts and hands on practice. Includes Anatomy & Physiology, Hormones of Labor, Progression of Labor, Birth Mindset, Informed Consent & options for your birthing time, Birth preferences & Transfers, Comfort Measures & Support, Immediate Postpartum.

A great class for first time parents or folks planning their first unmedicated birth. Wear comfortable clothing for moving around in the afternoon. Details for the structure of the day will follow.

This is a 6-hour class of information, as well as breaks to stretch your legs and regroup.

Movement and labor simulation is part of the class, so please wear clothing suitable for floor activities.
